NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 6 WRAP UP

A bit of a slow week this week but did manage a good long run today with 12 kms.
Monday -3 kms
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday- Pilates and Yoga
Thursday - Rest
Friday- 5 kms
Saturday- Rest
Sunday 12kms

Total Kms -20
Weight down to 76.5kgs according to the scales this week
