NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 3 DAY 5- 5.8km/3.5MILES
Not fast and not too slow.
Did an interval option of 800/200 for this one which really helped.
It was warm when I went out and although calves were stiff, I wanted it over.
Purple shoes.
