NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 6 DAY 4 - REST
Rest Day today. Glutes sore from yoga and massage.
Would like to go out tomorrow after work if I can. Not sure of distance but just to get out and get some more kms in legs..
Booked in a Mt Lofty with Anthea for Dec 29th :)
