16/12 Healthwise Training Week 3

Loving it- as hard as it is.
This body weight training. Got enough bodyweight to make it worthwhile. Hoping the heat lays off on training days.
Lots of push ups, flutter kicks, squats. Killer. 
And a quick 1 km from home to training. In 8:13.

13/12 Another 4 kms

Run #4 back from New York. Not fast but down the beach path to Joes at Henley. 

09/12 Healthwise Training- the torture continues.

Bach from Melbourne and seeing Bon Jovi and Deb and I are at session 2. Me woozy from a bumpy descent and landing. Still had a go. At least it wasn't and today. No it was legs. Good god. 
Back again next week.

02/12 And I might just go one more time- NYC Marathon Lottery

I apparently think this might be a good idea again.
Entry into the lottery. Just because I can't justify the purchase of another packaged bib again for next year. 


02/12 Healthwise West Beach Training

After spending today ensconced on my couch, I went to the first of the new sessions offered by Healthwise down at West Beach.
Was great to be exercising outside. Boxing, sprints, lunges. Great stuff.
Ran down there as well. it is about 1 km… so I can use it as a sprint session to improve my time :)
