WEIGH IN 13/05/15

So after 3 days of cheese, curry, football food and wine, Tuesday (yesterday) was big workout day in an attempt to redeem myself. I weighed myself this morning (excuse runners toes), and am now down to 72.5. That is 4 kgs lost since April 8th. The experiment has been interesting so far if you can look at how much exercise I have done to do that. Limiting to 1500 calories, on a good day it can be managed. However sometimes you really have to go exercise so you can just eat dinner, or have something special.
So if you are wondering what it takes? Writing down everything you put in your mouth, not lying to yourself and then getting off the couch and moving... for longer than you plan.
