So it was back out again today doing the usual track with mum down to Glenelg from my house (with the standard turnaround stop at Cibo for a coffee). Beautiful day with a lovely sunrise.
Faster back than out.
Initial thought (before yesterday's shenanigans) was to push to broadway and have coffee there but after 1.5 Mt Lofty's I decided that the 11k track was today's efforts.
Keeping on plodding away.
This walking thing is working.
