27/05/15 Weigh In

So this week, even with about 40 kms on the record, I stayed at 72.1 kgs. I've had a few nights out, and calories over (even with exercise), so if you aren't in deficit, you can't expect to  lose weight.
Trying harder this week. The goal of 69 kgs is in sight but still far away.
Onwards and upwards
