After 3 days of food excess, today needed to stretch the boundaries.
After a wonderful lofty trip and feeling totally amazing at the top with no shortness of breath, Sami dropped me home and I got ready and went to the gym.
New record on stairmaster with 15 minutes, 80steps/min and 74 floors burning just under 200 cals.
Then 5 km on the treddy on 9.0 incline the WHOLE way. I then did the last 3km on 200/200 intervals 5.8/6.4 and burnt 600 cals. Goal is to get the number of km on that incline up and being able to run up lofty I reckon. So practising on treddy as it is a way to burn calories fast too.
Hamstring going ok but still niggling. Must get that looked at.
Big day with just over 15km through the legs.
