Then to the treddy where I walked for about 2.4km on mostly 8 and 9 incline and then did 200/200 intervals 5:8/6.4 on the 9.0 incline for the last 1.6km. That nearly killed me but it got easier which was great.
Had to do this as Mum and I were going to the footy today (Port v West Coast) and I knew there would be chips and some sort of junky dinner.
