01/06/15 STAIRMASTER

So just a short session tonight as tomorrow it is Lofty with Sam. So nothing special but 15 mins is better than no minutes. Getting dry needled tomorrow again so not sure if I will be able to do anything Wed or Thurs but going to put something on the schedule and hope that it's not too bad tomorrow haha!!!
I find the stairmaster incessantly boring, even watching the tele- means to an end.
