NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 14 - DAY 1 09/02- REST

After a massive week last week, today is rest day following 2 days of training on the trot.
Looking to log training on Tuesday and Wednesday this week as I am off both days.
Time is running short. Still not confident of sub-3. The hills in the park are freaking me out.
