NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 16 - DAY 2 24/02- 20km

Longest training run to date with good temps for running.
A great time, with sub -3 now in my sights, which makes me feel much better about tackling Central Park.
Last 5 kms were sub 8min/km which helped with the time.
300/700 and some 200/800 intervals.
