NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 15 - DAY 3 18/02- 18.02 km

Happy with today as 18 km in about the same time as 17km 10 days ago. Getting faster.
Intervals of 200/800
Out early again, but it is the only way to get out and back before the sun comes up.
