NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 13 - DAY 3 04/02 HAT TRICK

10 km on the treddy- Done on varying intervals with uphill on the walks. 
Was counting down from 90 mins so was 1:26:04
Pilates this morning and Yoga this evening.
