NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 16 - DAY 6 28/02- 8KM TREADMILL

Fastest ever 8 km today, and that is fastest ever in my running history from what I can remember.
Treadmill intervals, so really great to get a time that was 5 mins faster than my 8 km on the treddy a little while back- see below
Stoked and officially RACE FIT.
Second biggest mileage week, so going well and with just over 2 weeks until race day, things are coming together.
