NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 16 - DAY 1 23/02- REST
So as if I didn't have enough days off the last week, let's have another.
Going long tomorrow for 20 km.
First go at this distance for a long long time.
Mentally prepared for a good morning.
