NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 16 - DAY 4 26/02- REST
Time for a rest this week so I can get fresh legs.
Going to head out again tomorrow for some Linear Park.
It's going to be hot, but only aiming for the same as Tuesday.
