NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 12 - DAY 1- REST 26/01 AUSTRALIA DAY
So resting today after yesterday's long run.
Day of cricket was planned. Day of cricket did not happen due to rain in Sydney.
Body weight of BBQ and nibbles consumed.
Happy AUSTRALIA DAY
