So a MUCH better week with better focus and higher mileage

MONDAY- 4.2 KM- RUN
TUESDAY- REST
WEDNESDAY- Pilates, Yoga, Foam Rolling and 4.07 kms intervals
THURSDAY 4.18 KM -WALK
FRIDAY - REST
SATURDAY- REST
SUNDAY 16 KM

Total Mileage 28.51 KMS
Weight 76.7 kgs
