NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 2 DAY 4- REST DAY

With a rest day today it was easy to go 4/4 in week 2. It's a bit hot, a bit steamy and drizzling.
Rest day gratefully taken as legs are a bit sore from the cupping at yesterday's massage.
3 miles tomorrow on the schedule.
