NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 17 -DAY 1 02/03- REST
Day off running today to freshen up the legs a bit.
Later this week, I have a friend coming from Norway- Runar Gundersen.
Holder of the International Record for the most NYC Marathons run by a non American- 36 TIMES!
