NYC HALF MARATHON TRAINING WEEK 16 - WRAP UP

Big week for mileage, but only second biggest week.
Happy with how this week went.
I am now officially tired though....


MONDAY- REST
TUESDAY- 20.02 km
WEDNESDAY- 4.5km
THURSDAY- REST
FRIDAY- 5.0km
SATURDAY- 8.0 km
SUNDAY- 2.5 km

Total Mileage: 40.02km
