25/11 - 3 weeks and 1 day on- Beginning Strength Training Again

It's 3 weeks and 1 day since that magical day in New York.
I'm almost convinced I have to do it again.... and possibly again.
I haven't run a mile, but I have climbed 2 mountains in Uganda on 2 consecutive days.
Today I pulled my finger out, only a small amount :)
2 x 10 Man Pushups
2 minute (120 second) plank
A 2 minute plank for someone who's done no strength for at least 5 weeks is not too bad.
Back to the beginning for the push ups in reality but 2 x sets of 10 is better than when I started.
